Visualising Text

When developing the visuals for book characters, I adhered closely to the descriptions in the text.

Korainians from the world of the book In The Water are ethnically distinguished by one of three scales. Whitescales; characterised by their warm-coloured skin, straight blonde hair and crescent-shaped grey eyes. Redscales; differentiated by their curly red hair, reddish-brown gazes and deeply toned skin. Wheras Blackscales boast full black hair, deep black eyes and pale sun-blushed skin.
