Launching the unknown
The Founder and CEO of EnOC had accrued a product and team of developers, but no idea on how to launch into the Regulation Technology space. Once hired to head up the launch of the RegTech firm’s inaugural tech solution, my goal was clear; distinguish EnOC from its umbrella corporation, WCG plc, and have it exist as its own entity within the RegTech space.
Redesigning and Defining a platform
EnOC’s product, a software solution for financial regulation (SM&CR) was initially created from the developers’ perspective. While the tool was a powerful administrative assistant, the backend-focussed design resulted in a lack of consideration for user-friendliness and intuitive navigation. Working with the team of software developers over a course of two months, I mocked-up and produced new software wireframes; reorganising and redesigning the online-tool’s navigation, landing pages and overall aesthetic.

The next steps
Events and advertisements
Once the tool was ready for public consumption, the next challenge was spreading the word. I began working with my team to secure advertisements and plan the firm’s launch event of its flagship software tool. Along with handling numerous simultaneous email-marketing campaigns (utilising Sendgrid) in order to publicise the event and product launch, I produced print ads and organised press opportunities to publicise EnOC’s Pro Platform.
My efforts cultivated in a launch event held at the Crown Plaza Blackfriarswith just under 50% attendance after 3 weeks of advertisement. The event featured guest speakers; gifting attendees goody bags at the end of the evening consisting of an EnOC branded tote bag, pen, sticker, notepad and a copy of the EnOC Mag.
Throughout the process of launching the product, I maintained, updated and improved the enoc.pro website; changing and adapting it’s landing page to exhibit the information most crucial at the time in which any user would access the page.
